The 30th Annual Indio Tamale Festival took place on from December 1st through December 4th, 2022. This festival is FREE and open to everyone of all ages and celebrates the rich cultural traditions of Mexican and Latin American culture centered around family, music, and most importantly: food. In 2022 the festival featured The World’s Biggest Bounce House, a night market, a carnival and midway games, luchadoras, a low rider show, and of course, lots of tamales! I assisted CUSP Agency in their efforts to create an accurate CAD site plan of out the new location of Miles Avenue Park and helping with on-site load in the weekend before the show to ensure the festival was built according to plan.
